Food for Fines

Food is a human right and is an immediate and tangible way to help someone. Every donation of food helps.

From Monday, November 2 to Tuesday, November 24, the Library will waive up to $25 in fines when patrons donate at least three non-perishable food items.  We will accept donations of non-perishable food in jars, cans and sealed packets. We recommend cereal, canned soups, peanut butter and jelly, pasta, and canned tuna but everything is needed.

It does not apply to replacement fees for lost or damaged items or overdue fines from other CLEVNET libraries.

Donations will go to the Emmanuel Community Care Center.
